1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or utilizing the web applications, services, and tools provided by Sync2Zero ("we", "us", "our", or "Platform") at sync2zero.com, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Sync2Zero provides artificial-intelligence-assisted optical character recognition (OCR) and financial data formatting software designed to extract header information and tabular line items from PDF and image invoices, receipts, and bills, exporting them into structured spreadsheet formats compatible with Xero and Excel.

Sync2Zero is an independent third-party utility and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Xero Limited.

3. User Accounts and Security

To access extended conversion limits and dashboard history, you may create an account by providing accurate and complete registration credentials. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and account credentials.

You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or security breach related to your account.

4. Free Tier, Subscriptions, and Billing

• Free Tier: Free registered users receive a monthly allowance of 10 free scans. Unused free tier credits do not accrue cash value.
• Paid Subscriptions: Paid subscription tiers (when enabled) are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis via Stripe.
• Rollover Guarantee: For active paid subscribers, unused monthly invoice conversion allowances roll over into subsequent active billing cycles.
• Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time via the billing portal in your dashboard. Access remains active through the conclusion of your current paid billing period.

5. Prohibited Use and Conduct

You agree not to:

• Upload malicious files, viruses, malware, or unlawful content.
• Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, scrape, or extract source code from the Platform.
• Circumvent or tamper with usage limits, rate limiters, or subscription barriers.
• Use the service to infringe upon the intellectual property or privacy rights of any third party.

6. Intellectual Property & User Data Ownership

Your Data: You retain complete ownership, copyright, and intellectual property rights to all invoices, bills, documents, and data you upload to Sync2Zero.

Platform Property: The Sync2Zero logos, branding, user interfaces, algorithms, website design, and documentation are the exclusive intellectual property of Sync2Zero.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

In no event shall Sync2Zero or its operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of the service.
