Sync2Zero employs state-of-the-art multimodal artificial intelligence vision models to extract tabular and unstructured data from uploaded invoice and bill documents. However, automated OCR extraction accuracy depends on numerous external variables, including but not limited to:

• Resolution, blurriness, contrast, and scanning quality of uploaded PDF or image files.
• Handwritten annotations, watermarks, stamps, or non-standard invoice formatting.
• Multi-currency documents, foreign language characters, or unconventional tax line presentations.

Consequently, Sync2Zero does not warrant or guarantee that extracted data will be 100% accurate, complete, or error-free in all instances. It is the sole responsibility of the user to review the interactive verification table before downloading CSVs or importing transactions.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sync2Zero, its creators, operators, directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including without limitation:

• Financial losses, loss of profits, or business interruption.
